Firstly, we didn’t expect this to happen this soon but all packages are sold out after 15 weeks. As you can guess, we are very happy about this huge demand except the fact that we have to refuse a lot of requests for extra admission. We have already made our plans and it -unfortunately- is too late for any more capacity planning.
Please kindly note that the participants who already paid the registration fee can attend the tours which are settled on Saturday, paying the tour fee seperately, but all the other requests will be rejected.
After a while, there probably will be some cancellations. Regarding the cancellation procedure, we advise you to read our Terms/Conditions page over our web site to know your rights. If there is any cancellation, we will reopen our registration page on the website to give people an extra chance to attend EUCO 2009 İstanbul.
