Firstly, we didn’t expect this to happen this soon but all packages are sold out after 15 weeks. As you can guess, we are very happy about this huge demand except the fact that we have to refuse a lot of requests for extra admission. We have already made our plans and it -unfortunately- is too late for any more capacity planning.
Please kindly note that the participants who already paid the registration fee can attend the tours which are settled on Saturday, paying the tour fee seperately, but all the other requests will be rejected.
After a while, there probably will be some cancellations. Regarding the cancellation procedure, we advise you to read our Terms/Conditions page over our web site to know your rights. If there is any cancellation, we will reopen our registration page on the website to give people an extra chance to attend EUCO 2009 İstanbul.

As of January 1, 2009; the “new” expression preceding the Turkish Lira will be removed from the banknotes. The look of the banknotes will also be changed, and you can find detailed information in this page.
There were a lot of things that we planned for our web site. Password recovery was not one of them. My teammates and I thought that we could easily reply to the emails, rather than coding a password recovery form. However, there were more than three hundred emails about the lost passwords and that we just couldn’t keep up. Isn’t it a good idea to write down your passwords and keep them in a safe place, folks? Whatever, that’s none of my business. All I could do was this form, that tries to send (and actually does it, if you had provided a valid email) a password reset link to your email adress.

As you may have seen, there were some bugs in the EUCO 2009 Istanbul Web Site’s registration system that prevented some users to register. One of them was the error in the username check that generated an irrelevant error (”bu sayfaya direkt erismeyiniz”, that means “do not access this page directly”), if the username you selected is already in use. This has been corrected and now the system redirects you to the first registration page, showing a message that explains the situation. This also applies to the forms, submitted by javascript-disabled clients, with no password or username.
There is also a useful improvement: When you click on the club names, districts or countries from the top5 lists, you are redirected to a page that shows the detailed list of the confirmed participants from that club, district or country.
